I started in the chemical sciences, as a Keck researcher working on exchange reactions for DNA/RNA molecules, and from there I went into the engineering field. After earning my Professional Engineering license, I went out on my own as a data science consultant. I’ve assisted global leaders in IT, major governmental and non-governmental entities, prestigious media corporations, and inspiring not-for-profit technology groups. Now I speak, train, and consult on the topics of data science, analytics, and big data. I am the author of Data Science for Dummies.
My business base is in Houston, Texas, but I live in southeast Asia. For fun, I enjoy international travel. Please feel free to drop me a line at [email protected] . (Gmail has the best spam filters, doesn’t it? 🙂 )
